Windows 8.1 kali ini telah memasuki tahap Release To Manufacturing (RTM) yang banyak di dukung banyak perubahan, Diantaranya: Tampilan LockScreen yang lebih keren, mampu menjalankan 4 aplikasi secara bersamaan, Kembalinya Start Button, dan masih banyak lagi.

Notes :
You can activate using legit un-blocked keys by first installing, then changing the key afterward and activating over the phone. Run admin command prompt commands.
To Activate Pro WMC, first activate a legit key
- Then run "wuapp.exe" and click the "add 8.1 features" link
- Enter key and let it reboot 2x to finish the settings run phone activation again with "SLUI 4" again say "One" if asked.
